That's why all Ffvl (Fédération Française de Vol Libre) approved paragliding schools offer a wide range of courses adapted to all levels of paragliding experience !

Air et Aventure also offers a wide range of paragliding courses for all levels. Based in Lumbin, France, we run our courses at the Saint-Hilaire-du-Touvet flying site, the mythical birthplace of the Coupe Icare.

LEARN TO PARAGLIDE WITH FLYING COURSES

If you're a complete novice and you've never flown before, but you'd like to learn to fly, all you have to do is enroll in a beginner's course. During this course, you'll learn all about paragliding. You'll learn all about paragliding equipment (wing, harness, reserve parachute, helmet, etc.). You'll learn the basics of piloting, how to take off and land safely, and how to take off for your first flight and discover the pleasure of flying like a bird. Whether on the ground or in the air, learn all you need to know about these outdoor sports and activities.

PROGRESS IN PARAGLIDING WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF COURSES

For paraglider pilots, whether autonomous or not, there are a number of different courses to help you get the most out of your paragliding experience. In most cases, the aim of these courses is to add to your knowledge through theory lessons on various subjects such as aerological and meteorological conditions, thermals, flight mechanics and paragliding in its entirety. In flight, your qualified instructor will also teach you the techniques best suited to your level of flying, to help you progress in paragliding.
