The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that expresses the density of a parcel. An item with a low density takes up more space than its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to identify which is greater; the greater weight is used to calculate the cost of the shipment.

A special rate is calculated on the basis of volumetric weight and may therefore be higher than the rate displayed on the site.

Dear foreign customers, for any other country or/and a weight of 5 kg and higher, please contact us. Duty free sale for shipments to customers out of European community, but contact us for shipping charges and paiement by SWIFT. For all other countries, and beyond these weight you must contact us by email or phone, to know how to proceed, the amount of shipping and any applicable taxes.
Now for DOM, TOM and some countries Colissimo expeditions are carried out by plane.
A special rate is calculated based on volumetric weight and thus higher than the simple calculation of the weight or simply need us previously viewed.
