High-Quality Windsocks and Aerial Beaconing

What Is Aerial Beaconing For?

For takeoff and landing, find the right mast and the windsock suited to your needs. For installations such as airports, airfields, cranes, wind turbines, or antennas, discover signage that meets DGAC standards for compliance.

Windsocks

Windsocks are crucial for estimating wind speed and direction. They can be used to mark a paragliding takeoff or landing site, or to indicate wind conditions on bridges, highways, or airports. Typically red and white in their STNA-certified, ICAO, or DGAC-approved versions, windsocks vary in length and diameter. Our range includes options in woven polyester or ripstop fabric.

Masts

Masts can be for recreational or professional use, with some meeting standards. They come in various materials and diameters to fit different windsocks. Ensure the mast matches the windsock, as larger windsocks that resist strong winds need suitable masts.

Runway Marking

Runway markers are standardized and used to delineate runways, ends of runways, and taxiways at airports and other airfield areas.

Aerial Beaconing

From high mast beacons to interior windsock lights, these standardized lights mark obstacle heights or make windsocks visible at night. Required for obstacles over 25 meters, options include various power sources and dusk-to-dawn switches, in colors for both daytime and nighttime use.
