NVolo paramotor carbon helmet

The Nvolo carbon helmet is designed and produced in Italy. It complies with EN 966 reference regulations for flight in the HPG (helmets for paramotors and hang-gliders) and UL (helmets for ultralight aircraft) categories.

NVolo carbon helmet design

The Nvolo helmet features a very small, lightweight shell made from composite fibers such as carbon fiber, carbon-kevlar and glass. This model features a transparent coating that lets the carbon fibers show through. It also features a layer of polystyrene, the thickness of which is reduced thanks to a method of laminating the cap. This enables it to pass EN 966 certification tests and ensure pilot safety in flight at minimum weight. In fact, the NVolo helmet weighs just 600 grams.

The cap of the NVolo paramotor helmet is the same for every size. It's the internal padding that varies, offering different head circumference sizes for all morphologies. This has other advantages, too, such as the ability to simply replace the interior in a matter of seconds, so that the helmet can be adapted to future passengers, or to replace an old interior or have one in reserve. The padding is comfortable and clean thanks to its breathable fabric, which can be washed in the washing machine.

Accessories for the NVolo paramotor carbon helmet

The NVolo helmet features an easy-to-remove strap with micrometric fastener and a comfortable throat cover. The designers have also added another element of detail that shows the special attention paid to helmets, with ergal screws available in various colors to match the helmet color.

As an option, you can order the complete headset, theBluetooth control unit to listen to your own music, the radio or receive calls, but you can also request the Sidetone feature for voice feedback.
