Kode P Niviuk: Versatile for all your adventures
The Kode P is Niviuk 's new EN A generation, and it's already setting the standard for lightweight wings. It competes with Skywalk's Masala 3 in the walk-and-fly segment. With a range of six sizes from 16 to 26 m², it offers both easy, intuitive piloting for novice pilots and more committed, active flying for more experienced paragliders. Yet its lightweight design leaves no stone unturned when it comes to strength and durability. The Kode P embodies versatility and accessibility. In thermals as well as in flight, it will make your flights pure moments of pleasure.
Lightweight, durable design
Niviuk's Kode P is a double-surface wing that draws its inspiration from the Klimber 2 P. The design focuses on comfort and safety while reducing its weight. This lightness optimizes performance on the ground and in the air. What's more, it enables easy take-offs in all conditions and topographies. Finally, it is extremely compact, making it easy to store and transport.
In terms of design, the Kode P combines lightweight materials with innovative internal architecture. The result is the perfect balance between lightness and durability. Optimized structural reinforcements lighten the wing, yet retain maximum strength with limited use of materials. Dokdo, a very light fabric, coupled with new Nitinol ribs, make up the wing. The result is a lightweight, compact wing that's easy to fold. In sizes 16 and 18, the weight of the Kode P is reduced to just 25 g/m².
Niviuk Kode P performance
The Kode P is predestined for walking and flying, but doesn't lose any of its performance in rougher conditions. Nevertheless, wing loading influences wing reactions and flight. This is why Niviuk recommends the smaller sizes to pilots with a little more experience. In fact, their low weight gives them great dynamism and speed.
In flight, the wing offers a progressive, pleasant turn. In thermals, it retains all its performance and turns intuitively and easily. Its impeccable handling and responsiveness to the controls make for precise piloting. 3DL technology has been added to the leading edge, making its surface taut and crease-free. This greatly enhances performance. Finally, the canopy offers just the right balance of turn quality and roll stability.
An accessible, playful wing
The Kode P is a wing to suit all profiles. It will enable you to fly in thermals as well as in steady winds, without ever compromising on safety or comfort. Versatile, take-offs and landings are easy whatever the conditions. In fact, pilots are quickly put at ease by the wing's pleasant handling. What's more, even the smallest sizes are easy to fly. Only the 16 m² is not EN A certified, but EN B.
