Fluid Light in case of emergency

The Fluid Light Evo rescue parachute is square-shaped. It offers a better sink rate than a round parachute of equivalent surface area, and greater stability. It is ideally suited to emergency situations in difficult terrain. Supair realized that extracting a rescue from a scree slope at 3000m altitude would not have the same potential consequences as an extraction from a field in the middle of a valley. The design team therefore decided not to compromise on pilot safety.
