General aspect to be monitored
quick link should be carefully checked at least once a year for corrosion, deformation and wear, as well as for operation. Any quick link that has been used to stop a violent fall must be replaced. Proceed in the same way in the event of uncertainty after checking the quick link.
- Close by screwing on the nut to guarantee optimum safety and/or close with a wrench to the recommended tightening torque, the quick link becomes a permanent connector.Caution: no thread should be visible.
- Payload engraved on each quick link.
- All quick link must be inspected regularly. In case of doubt, it is the user's responsibility to replace it.
