The Kougar 3 is part of the new generation of Niviuk paramotor wings, combining advanced technological innovations with intuitive, accessible handling. The complex design makes this wing particularly pleasant to fly: long cross-country flights will be optimized with a more relaxed handling. An undeniable advantage of this wing is its ability to reach high speeds without affecting its stability. With a moderate aspect ratio (5.7), the Kougar 3 remains a very compact and solid wing, providing the pilot with a feeling of security and confidence at all times.

The new Kougar features a new, advanced reflex profile, reinforcing the wing's solidity over the whole speed and wing loading range. Instant inflation brings the wing effortlessly above the pilot, guaranteeing immediate and easy take-off. With its new profile, the Kougar 3 maintains its performance even at low speeds: take-off is still possible with minimal speed and acceleration. Fuel consumption is consequently reduced, while flight performance has been improved.

Once in the air, you'll be amazed at the degree of maneuverability and stability of this new generation of Niviuk paragliders: you'll discover that it's possible to roll up thermals efficiently. In addition to its exceptional performance, the Kougar 3 stands out from other gliders with its incredible top speed of up to 80 km/h (±3), while remaining a solid and compact model.

The trimmers andspeed-bar can be used together to reach maximum speed, allowing a maximum differential of 24 cm between the A and C risers. The maximum angle of attack remains under control at all times, so the pilot doesn't have to worry about exceeding the acceleration limit, and can enjoy the flight with peace of mind.

The Kougar 3 also incorporates new features on the controls, such as a new unidirectional magnet system for attaching the brake handle, the possibility of adjusting the height of the brake magnet, and the integration of specific controls for competition.

At Niviuk, our philosophy is to integrate our wealth of experience and know-how into the construction of each and every one of our gliders, and the Kougar 3 is a perfect example of this. For example, we use the same material tensioning processes that we applied to the Icepeak Evox, our latest competition glider.
