Hadron 3: Precision, Power and Performance
This brand-new wing is dedicated to experienced pilots looking for long-distance performance. Pilots who are familiar with Reflex wings and know how to handle them well. The Hadron 3 is a very solid wing, capable of flying long distances at high speeds.
Flying the Hadron 3
The Hadron offers a wide speed range, precise handling and high performance, especially at high speeds. It's easy to launch, lifting off smoothly without having to overtake the pilot. A wing that doesn't stall on inflation in light winds, even with trimmers set to minimum. The Hadron 3's new reflex profile remains almost constant, and the speed bar can be used safely at all trim settings.
The Hadron 3 carries on the genes of the Hadron XX, but combines its agility with the ease of use of the Hadron 1.1. This new wing includes numerous design innovations. For example, a highly efficient aerodynamic profile, new risers and brake handles.
Technology
The Shark Nose (SN) system on the leading edge improves the aerodynamics of this part of the wing. It offers higher internal pressure at higher angles of attack. FET (Flexi Edge Technology) synthetic rods stiffen the leading edge. They significantly improve inflation quality and protect against high-speed collapses. Another technology is also present: LE2R (Leading Edge Double Reinforcements) between the cells. This provides a much cleaner aerodynamic profile on the leading edge at high speeds. The design also incorporates other effective methods of distributing the wing's loads.
The Hadron 3 features a highly simplified design, with no Power Attack (PA) or other complicated tuning systems. Its risers are 3-line (3L), while the steering system is our original and well-known 2D steering solution, this time with the new TCT + (Triple Comfort Toggle) handle, combining the features of the TCT and TST (Tip Steering Toggle ). In line with the standard, the risers are equipped with three optional positions for the choice of pulleys and magnets. Thanks to all these features, operation is simple and intuitive. The Hadron 3 is manufactured entirely in Europe. This means that Dudek retains control over its sophisticated production process (using, among other things, advanced LT (Laser Technology) cutting).
