Cayenne 6, Sport class perfection
As Sport class pilots spend many hours in the air, we paid particular attention to the choice of materials. Our choice of lines is an excellent blend of user-friendliness, low drag and durability. For the first time in paragliding, the Cayenne 6 uses "TX-Light" material, which we developed in cooperation with a renowned manufacturer. In addition to the tried-and-tested double ripstop threads, TX-Light has two additional reinforcement threads woven into the center of the existing ripstop weave. These additional reinforcement threads increase tear resistance by 30%, and at the same time improve stretch properties in the diagonal direction. The unique combination of polyurethane and silicone makes the fabric extremely resistant to ageing.

How does the Cayenne 6 fly?
For the first time in a Sport Class wing, we've installed a Speed Control handle system for efficient control of the rear risers. Speed Control, originally developed for our high-performance sails, ensures optimum deflection not only of the C-risers, but also of the B-risers. Thanks to its ergonomic handles on the rear risers and its extremely flexible speed-bar, the Cayenne 6 can be flown efficiently and without fatigue like a competition glider, even in difficult conditions.
Inspired by the X-Alps 4, an ultra-light high-performance glider, the Cayenne 6 remains calm in the air and is extremely stable in pitch. We've designed the wing tension so that this new sport-class wing reacts to brake inputs and weight transfer smoothly and directly. Control pressure is pleasantly low and brake travel is moderate, ideal for relaxed cross-country flying!
