For solar-powered beacons
Solar panels with twilight switch can power a low-intensity type A autonomous beacon (> 10 cd). Your site is beaconed at night without significant energy consumption. They comply with ICAO standards. Several sizes are available, to meet the needs of each project.
Dimensions: 555 mm x 290 mm x 26 mm
20 W solar panel power supply: ICAO-compliant
The solar power station is sized according to the needs of each site. This system can be used to mark out a site, even an isolated one, or to light a windsock mast without a mains power supply. It is usually positioned at the foot of windsock masts.
The panel is delivered mounted on a box which includes:
- 1 electronic control
- 1 twilight switch
- Batteries 2 x 12 volts in 12 Ah or 4 x 12V in 12 Ah
The 20 Watt panel can power 2 low-intensity type A autonomous beacons (> 10 cd). This system can be coupled with the Ledeo range of beacons, or used as a stand-alone power supply for lighting and beaconing a wind indicator mast.
